Return Policy

Returns can be made with a full refund within 21 days of the purchase date on the condition that the goods are returned in the original purchased condition and fully re-saleable, ‘as new’ i.e. not after the rods have been used. We reserve the right to refuse to refund items that are returned that are not in re-saleable condition The Buyer pays for return postage, that should be returned by a signed for secure postal service.
Goods will only be dispatched when full payment is received. This does not affect your statutory Buyer’s rights.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver goods within 4–5 days via ParcelForce Air Courier/ FedEx etc. (excludes weekends). Normal exceptions apply for national holidays, peak postal periods and courier delivery delays etc. which are outside the control of flexi chimney rods. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but given as a guide only.
